Michael Parmett - Board Member

Michael brings over twenty years of leadership experience in the technology and supply chain markets. Michael served as SVP and General Manager for TrenStar, Inc., a leading provider of outsourced mobile asset management solutions. Michael’s experience also includes executive-level positions for HighJump Software, now a 3M company, McHugh Software and Lockheed Martin and began his professional career working as an Intelligence Officer for the US Military.


Marc Staniloff - Board Member

Marc is a key member of TrigPoint Solutions Board of Directors. Marc currently serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Superior Lodging Corporation which is the master developer for Super 8 Motels and Wingate Inns in Canada. Marc’s expertise lie in his strategic planning, relations building, projects development and in the structuring of deals and strategic alliances. Marc has been instrumental in the development of 115 Super 8® motels from 1993 to 2007 and in 1998 was recognized as “Franchisee of The Year” by Super 8 Motels, as a result of his leadership in the development of the Super 8 franchise system in Canada. Prior to forming Superior Lodging Corp., Marc was president of Royop Hospitality Corporation and a director of Royop Properties Corporation, a TSE listed company. He earned his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary and is an active member of the Young President’s Organization. Marc is also a member of the Super 8 Motels Franchisee Advisory Board and a member of the President’s Advisory Council for Wingate Inns.

Larry Hibbard - Board Member

Larry joined the Board for TrigPoint Solutions in Oct of 2008, and brings over 35 years of extensive oil and gas experience having worked for some of the industry’s largest contractors and service providers. While his career began working in the drilling industry, Larry has held several high-level managerial positions in North America, South America, Europe and Asia at such prestigious companies as Schlumberger and Transocean. Larry currently sits on the board of several private companies providing services to the oil and gas industry that range from down-hole telemetry to environmental safety. Larry’s key strengths include international operations, sales, marketing and engineering, and he is well known and respected throughout the industry.
